How do I turn on app notifications?

To turn on notifications for the Cleo app, please take the following steps:

 

For iOs Devices:

  1. Navigate to your iPhone settings
  2. Select "Notifications"
  3. Find the Cleo app under “Notification Style”
  4. Select "Allow Notifications"

For Android Devices:

  1. Navigate to your Android device settings
  2. Select "Applications"
  3. Select "Application manager"
  4. Select the Cleo App
  5. Select "Notifications" and toggle to on


If Cleo is not listed under “Notification Style” please follow this link on your mobile device to enable notifications.
