If you have previously used the Cleo app, try resetting your password. Follow these steps to do so:
- Open the Cleo App
- Select “Log in”
- Select “Forgot password”
- Enter your primary email address associated with your Cleo account
- Follow the link sent to that email address
If you previously used Cleo but did not use our app, please email support@hicleo.com. We would be happy to welcome you back to Cleo.
