To get started with Cleo, the first step is to download our mobile app. You can do so by following this link or searching “Cleo for families” in the app store. After you download the app, take the following steps:
Enrolling with your employee email address:
- Open the app and select “Enroll Now”
- Select “I am an Employee”
- Indicate if you are a full-time or part-time worker
- Enter your work email address
- Enter the activation code sent to that email address
- Continue completing your Cleo profile
If you are the partner or additional caregiver of the employee receiving the Cleo benefit:
- Once your partner has activated Cleo and has invited you to join, open the Cleo app
- Select “Enroll Now”
- Select “I am a partner”
- Enter your personal email address (must be the same your partner used earlier)
- On the next screen, enter the activation code sent to that email address
Enrolling with a company code:
A small percentage of companies (~5%) require employees to use a company code in order to validate their eligibility. This code is unique to your employer. If you are an employee of the company offering Cleo and need to enroll with a company code:
- Open the app and select “Enroll Now”
- Select “I am an Employee”
- Indicate if you are a full-time or part-time worker
- Select “I’d like to use a Company Code to enroll”
- Enter company code and your personal email address
- Continue completing your Cleo profile
Please note: Many companies do not use company codes to validate eligibility. Please try using your work email address to enroll first.
Enrolling with an employee ID:
A small percentage of companies (~5%) require employees to use employee ID in order to validate their eligibility. This code is generated by your employer but unique to you, often found in your HRIS system or name badge. If you are an employee of the company offering Cleo and are using your employee ID to enroll:
- Open the app and select “Enroll Now”
- Select “I am an Employee”
- Indicate if you are a full-time or part-time worker
- Select “I’d like to use my Employee ID to enroll”
- Enter your Employee ID and personal information as it appears on your company records
- Continue completing your Cleo profile
