To invite your partner or another caregiver to access Cleo, you must first enroll and activate your own account.
You can add your partner/caregiver to the app in two ways:
In the Family Creation Stage
- After you have successfully activated your account with your activation code, you can invite a partner or caregiver to the app using the “+” icon when adding your family members to your profile
After You Are Enrolled and Logged in
- If you are already active in the app and want to add a partner/caregiver, you can do so in the profile section of your app
- In the profile tab, click the purple “+” and select "add partner"
Once you have invited your partner/caregiver to join, please have them take the following steps to finalize their enrollment:
- Open the Cleo app
- Select “Enroll Now”
- Select “I am a partner”
- Enter your personal email address (must be the same your partner used earlier)
- On the next screen, enter the activation code sent to that email address
