If you experience an error in the first step of enrollment, please make sure you are using the correct method of eligibility verification:
- Company email address (please try this first, most companies use this method!)
- Company-specific code
- User Employee ID
If you receive an error when in the family creation stage of enrollment, it is possible that your company does not offer a Cleo product that supports your child’s age range.
